As a Junior Field Sales Manager, your responsibilities are split between impactful Team Management and hands-on Field Sales providing an exciting opportunity to cultivate and lead your own sales team. As a professional navigating both realms, your key leadership tasks include: Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of Field Marketing Representatives to achieve sales objectives. Actively participating in the recruitment of new Field Sales Representatives and ensuring their smooth integration into the growing team. Conducting on-site visits for training and coaching purposes within the assigned region. Developing and implementing strategic sales approaches to broaden our customer base. Innovating processes, optimizing performance, and ensuring the team stays on track through Motivation Trackers and Coaching Forms. Collaborating with senior leadership to strategically enhance results, fostering high direct profitability in the region. Leading weekly Team Lead meetings and conveying information and updates from upper management. Attending weekly Zoom calls with management team to discuss successes and provide insights into new initiatives. Organizing team-building events to foster a positive work environment. Your dynamic role also involves Field Sales Responsibilities: Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Achieving and exceeding team sales targets. Educating customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk. Driving sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client's product. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with store personnel. RequirementsSales experience and leadership experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to prioritize effectively, manage effectively multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to be able to travel to various regions/store locations for training, mentoring and filed visits. Must be able to work in-field and sell on Black Friday and Boxing. Have a reliable vehicle.
